More Than We Can Imagine

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine” ~ Ephesians 3.20

Paul’s prayer here for the Ephesians is full of encouragement for us, especially as we look for ways and language to pray. Sometimes, we don’t have the words to express our prayers, and the Bible gives us many ways to grow in this area.

This Sunday, we are going to begin a series on how to pray with the Bible. Especially during this season, when so many feel that they are powerless to bring about healthy change in their lives and in the larger culture.

Paul prays that out of Christ's ‘glorious riches’ – the church will be strengthened and experience power through the Holy Spirit - that 'Christ will dwell in our hearts through faith' – and to be 'rooted in this love that surpasses knowledge.'
